
About Dr. Troiani
Dr. Emanuel Troiani is a compassionate and experienced neuropsychologist based in Southeastern Pennsylvania, dedicated to helping individuals of all ages—from children to older adults—understand and manage their unique cognitive and emotional challenges. With a doctorate from Immaculata University and advanced training in neuropsychology from prestigious institutions like the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and Drexel University College of Medicine, Dr. Troiani brings a wealth of knowledge to his practice.
Throughout his career, Dr. Troiani has worked closely with patients dealing with conditions such as epilepsy, stroke, brain injuries, learning differences, ADHD, autism and dementia. He has provided vital evaluations for heart and liver transplant candidates, offering insights to medical teams on patients’ cognitive health and capacities. His experience includes working at renowned facilities like Moss Rehab and Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital, where he was part of multidisciplinary teams helping patients recover from strokes and concussions.
At The Center for Neuroscience at Riddle Memorial Hospital, Dr. Troiani evaluated adults facing various forms of dementia as well as children with learning and behavioral challenges. He provided bedside evaluation on hospital units as well as comprehensive evaluations in the office setting and in long-term care facilities. His role as Director of Psychological and Neuropsychological Services from 2016 to 2021 highlights his leadership and commitment to patient care.
Now focusing on his private practice in Montgomery County, PA, Dr. Troiani sees patients aged eight and older. He is committed to providing a supportive and affirming environment for all individuals, respecting gender and diversity. By leveraging his extensive experience, Dr. Troiani aims to uncover each patient’s unique strengths and needs, whether it’s a child with learning differences or an adult managing chronic illness. His goal is to offer patients and their families valuable insights and comprehensive recommendations that enhance their quality of life.

About Dr. Bross
Dr. Bross completed his postdoctoral training at Hackensack Meridian JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute conducting comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients and overseeing the internship program. Additionally, he conducted WADA testing and pre-surgical evaluations.
Dr. Bross completed his internship at Bancroft NeuroRehab in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey, where he provided individual therapy to residential patients with histories of moderate to severe brain injuries and completing outpatient neuropsychology assessment for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors.
Professionally, Dr. Bross’s clinical skills were developed through various mental health focused roles including direct support provider, counselor, mobile psychiatric rehabilitation, individual therapist, and intake specialist.

About Dr. Shephard
Dr. Shephard is a PA licensed psychologist and neuropsychologist with extensive experience working across the lifespan—from children and families to older adults navigating memory and cognitive challenges. Her approach is rooted in a strengths-based and neurodiversity-affirming perspective. She believes that everyone brings unique strengths to the table and aims to help individuals better understand themselves—whether that means exploring a student’s learning profile or making sense of changes in memory and thinking in older adulthood—while providing a clear and actionable roadmap for moving forward.
Dr. Shephard is committed to creating a supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to share their stories. She approaches each evaluation with curiosity, compassion, and respect, with the goal of creating a meaningful and collaborative experience. She draws on input from clients, families, and other care providers to develop a comprehensive understanding of each individual’s unique circumstances.
She earned her doctorate in clinical psychology at Widener University, specializing in neuropsychology and school psychology. She began her postdoctoral fellowship in neuropsychology at Neuropsychology Rehabilitation Services and completed it at Developmental Neuropsychology Associates. She continued to work as a neuropsychologist at Developmental Neuropsychology Associates, before joining the team at North Penn Neuropsychological Services. Dr. Shephard has provided neuropsychological evaluations in hospital, school, and community settings and has worked with diverse populations, including individuals with ADHD, autism, learning disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, and dementia. She has also worked in psychiatric rehabilitation with adults with serious mental illnesses and has provided trauma-focused psychotherapy, cognitive rehabilitation, and biofeedback.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Shephard has served as an adjunct faculty member at Widener University, teaching courses in neuroanatomy and neuropathology. Sharing her passion for understanding the brain and its complexities has been a rewarding part of her career.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Shephard enjoys hiking, biking, baking, listening to audiobooks, and tackling crafts or puzzles—often alongside her husband and spirited toddler. These moments of creativity and exploration fuel her work and remind her of the joy in discovery and connection.
